I purchased this style of heavy-round bottomed Mike stands purely to use with two screw on SHURE wireless microphone antennae (Fins) and they are of excellent quality with a very heavy base which makes them perfect for this type of application. Good height and solid. The order was processed very quickly too and delivered next day. Thank you for a good product.

Doesn't fall short of the description at all. Good solid construction, looks like it will take a bit of punishment – which, when all's said and done, is all you want a mike stand to do.

Not great at all! ...
Not great at all! Liked the steel base,however the chrome part was extremely ropey. The plastic tightening part was awful,I sing in a rock band and the first gig I used this stand it kept dropping,not what you need! A poor quality stand. Not heavy duty at all. Bad bad.
