The capo is well finished and the strong spring ensures a secure stopping off the strings. At the price it represents very good value. My only issue is that my aging joins might not be able to use it easily in the future. It would be great if there was a way to lock it open while placing it over the neck, but that would make it much more expensive, I should think.

Item arrived in good time. It is as described and my son is really pleased with it.

This capo seemed well made & solid suggesting metal frame parts all finished off in a shiny black durable finish. Contact faces have good solid possibly rubber pads affixed and the reach is wide enough to cover most fret-boards with no missed strings/muting apparent when clipped-on and tried. Trigger capo's have no tension adjustment and the spring on this example was quite strong but did not affect tuning as long as accurately positioned. The main contact face of the back jaw is not actually curved like some capo's which helps positioning when you are in a hurry, instead there is a kind of corner idea that did not seem to be quite as convenient. Nevertheless, overall this capo seems great value for money and ideal for beginners and players alike.

As I am a relative beginner learning the guitar I didn't want to outlay a lot of money on a capo that I would only use occasionally. My guitar tutor also advised me not to buy an expensive capo as some of the lower priced models perform just as well as the more expensive models. With all that in mind I searched the Internet and assessed numerous types of capos and finally decided on the 'Tiger Black Universal Trigger Guitar Capo for Acoustic, Classical and Electric Guitars'. Having tried the capo on my Fender Stratocaster I am more that pleased with the product. It is very easy to apply, has a sturdy spring, clamps well across all the strings, is lightweight and very well made. Overall the' Tiger Black Universal Trigger Guitar Capo' is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in giving this product a 5 star rating and would certainly use DJM Music again as the service and delivery time was excellent.

Serious lack of grip. There is almost no point this being a trigger capo - I.e. quick to take on and off - because you spend 3 minutes every time you want to use the thing trying to prevent it from generating fret buzz or muted strings.
