I ordered a stand a...
I ordered a stand and clip at the same time. The stand arrived without the clip. I phoned the company as the delivery slip detailed both products. They apologised as the clip should have been in the box with the stand. They sent a clip which arrived in the post 2 days later. They were polite and gave good service when I telephoned them, the problems was resolved without any fuss.
