    The item is fine and eventually arrived safely. Unfortunately the carriers mislaid the item and were unable to find it. I contacted DJ Music who kindly sorted out an alternative carrier who delivered with two days. DJMusic responded in a curteous and effic manner. Chris Skinner

    DJM sent the goods out in record time such that they arrived in the carriers wharehouse the same day. unfortunately the parcel dissapeared.I waited a week then contacted the carrier,and also DJM, we gave the carrier 24 hours to deliver but nothing came. I contacted DJM and thet immediately arranged for another carrier and I received my stool with 24hrs. So thanks DJM and I am well pleased with the stool and your service. C.J. Skinner

    generally a good value for money item, the metal frame is great quality with good safety features, the p[added seat is a little cheap and cheerful but fine fore the kids, all in all very pleased with the stool as it offers very good value for money.

    This sturdy bench is good value. The height adjustment mechanism is superior to others I have seen in the same price range. This would get a "perfect" 5 star rating from me if the cushion was harder and the plastic feet did not just slide off.

    extremely impressed with this supplier. Only one of my parcels arrived and they were superb in getting a replacement of the 2nd part of my order to me. Excellent customer service and most appreciated. Chairs are exactly what they advertised. Not plush seats, but perfect for my young children and great value for money. Very happy customer.
