I am delighted with this stand, it’s for home use so being heavy is a bonus as I can write on the music without it falling over. The desk is large with a good deep sill so can accommodate several pieces of music at once. It can easily be collapsed if required and is adjustable.

This is the second...
This is the second music stand I've purchased from DJM, the first was the lightweight Rat, DJM had the best price in all of the UK! This wooden music stand is really handsome. It's a bit wider than a regular stand, so if you don't want something so wide, you'll have to forgo the wood. Of course, for the price, it's not a solid piece of wood, but fibre board. So, although it looks great, it was damaged in delivery, one corner was bashed in a bit, and the backside of the stand suffered some dents and scratches. DJM replaced the stand free of charge and the new one arrived in 2 days. This company stands by their products, the people are friendly and helpful, and I will definitely buy from DJM again.

Good, sturdy product, as it says. Looks like it should be absolutely fine for my heavy hymn book. Very quick delivery - ordered one evening, delivered on the second day. Shame the delivery company couldn't give a little more warning and flexibility. Really good product for the price. Would recommend.
